We are an independent privately owned family business based in Nantwich, Cheshire and have been trading online for over 18 years now. All of our advisers are from a motor trade background, so know the business inside and out, with over 40 years experience in the motor industry, mainly working at large retail dealerships

Our team have been trained to a very high standard and as well as being fully FCA Authorised [Full Permission No. 685925] we have also been awarded with SAF Approved status, which gives comfort to our customers that we are knowledgeable and experienced to be able to handle their enquiries efficiently.

Our Process

At Capital Car Finance, we take a transparent and customer-first approach to car finance. Whether you're looking for a PCP, Lease Purchase, or Hire Purchase agreement, our aim is to secure you the most competitive rates available — without inflated commissions or hidden costs.

To achieve this, we’ve chosen to significantly reduce the level of commission typically earned with other brokers and dealers. Instead, we apply a modest admin fee to cover the service we provide in arranging your finance.

We will also receive a commission from the finance provider if you choose to proceed with an agreement through us. This commission is either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow, depending on the lender and the product you choose. While the amount we receive may vary between finance providers, it does not influence the interest rate or terms you are offered. We will confirm the exact amount of commission we receive before your agreement is finalised, ensuring you of complete transparency.

Our service includes negotiating the best vehicle supply price with the dealer, assistance to help you choose the most suitable and competitive finance product based on your circumstances, whether it be PCP, Lease Purchase or Hire Purchase. We handle all the administration and paperwork involved with the transaction directly with the UK supplying dealer and finance house, including all bank payments, in fact it couldn’t be easier, we do pretty much everything, the only thing you need to do is sign your paperwork and arrange a suitable date and time for collection or delivery of your new vehicle and that’s it!

Capital Car Finance Limited are fully authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for consumer credit activity (FCA Registration Number 685925) We are a credit broker and not a lender, which means we act independently as an intermediary for a number of different finance providers.

As a credit broker (not a lender) our primary source of income is the commission we receive from our panel of lenders when a finance agreement is successfully arranged. This commission may be a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount borrowed. While commission levels can vary between lenders, they do not affect the interest rate you are offered. We will disclose the exact amount of commission payable to us before you enter into a finance agreement. In addition to this, depending on the supply route of your vehicle, we may charge a separate administration fee of £299 for our services. This fee is only payable once your application has been approved by our lender and you choose to proceed. Full details will be provided to you in good time before completion of your agreement. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over, Guarantees may be required.
